Well today marks the third day of my 30-day rewind. I started my day off with centering my thoughts; ushering positive energy into my world by engaging in early meditation at 5 a.m.  Then I followed  with 30 minutes of exercise and 1 hour later my morning light breakfast.

I knew that I was going to have a full day with meeting with some new and old clients and taking care of all the other things that I do.  My first meeting for today was cancelled even after I had confirmed the appointment the day earlier.  Normally, that would bother me because I don’t like people wasting my time.  Nevertheless, I kept pushing forward maintaining a good attitude about it.  Being able to do that was a great victory for me and I knew that my morning meditation played a significant role  in me being able to accept “change” in my planned out day.

With time to spare, I decided to complete some other tasks that were long over due and it felt great getting those things out-of-the-way.  With a little more time to spare before going off to my next meeting  I decided to stop into a local flower shop to get some fresh flowers for the house.  When I got in the shop, I didn’t know what kind of flowers I was going to get but it didn’t take long for me to decide.  Immediately,  I was taken by this beautiful array of purple carnations.  I usually pick flowers based on scent and that is what carnations lack but they were too beautiful for me not to buy them.

Now the time has come for my next meeting with some new clients.  I met with my new clients at the appointed time and it went well.  I had a different impression of them speaking with them over the phone.  I must say, meeting people in person is so much more effective than talking to them over the phone.   They were a really nice couple and I was obliged to have them as new potential clients.  As the conversation went on, they said that they were very impressed with my knowledge of the industry and signed a contract with me immediately.  As the conversation continued they  informed me that they had spoken with four other  agents and were less impressed with their approach and attitudes.

They went on to say, that I made them feel like I cared about their needs.  Then they said something that really caught me off guard.  They said that it was really my aura {the positive energy surrounding me} that really sealed the deal in them choosing me as their agent.

That was a huge compliment to me and it put a big cheesy smile on my face.  Anyway, I left that meeting with so much more than new clients; I left with a stronger sense of devotion and dedication.  I know that devotion and dedication essentially mean the same thing, however, I say devotion and dedication because I left that meeting with double the encouragement to stay committed to completing my 30-day rewind programs until I have reached my goals mentally, physically, and spiritually.

I came home to put my flowers in a vase.  Then I began to wind down so that I could eat my dinner which contained all the fiber I would ever need in one day.  LOL!

Then after 1 hour, I engaged in more exercise for 1 1/2 hours.  Now I can say my day was successfully completed and I am in anticipation for the fourth day.

I learned many things throughout the course of my day.  I learned that how you begin your day plays an essential role in how you will navigate through your day.

I recognized change within myself for the good when my first clients cancelled their appointment and it didn’t bother me. It demonstrated growth in me.  I was able to accept change and follow through with other commitments that resulted in me getting  new clients.  Which influences a new quote:

“Change is the gateway of new beginnings.” {Poetic Energy}

Something else that I learned today, that God will use small things symbolically to bring things to your attention.  I spoke about how I was taken by the purple carnations in the flower shop.  Searching the world-wide web to find out if I could preserve my flowers longer than the typical life span of fresh flowers; I found out that the carnation is a flower that is symbolic for pure love, devotion and dedication.  This was fascinating to me because down to the littlest thing in the course of my day, directly and symbolically my day was being guided.   My day also reminded me that devotion and dedication is what I would need to continue on the path that leads to producing a greater me. This is why this day was marked as Day 3 of my 30-day rewind devotion and dedication.

I Affirm

“I am devoted, dedicated and committed to follow through; not with dreams, because dreams often remain parked in a stagnant existence.  Instead, I will follow through with my vision because it is written, planned and being executed beyond what I can physically see.”  {Poetic Energy}

I wrote myself a check for this much today $3,500,000 and now

i will follow through with what it takes to manifest  its fruits.

“Write your vision and make it plain.”

Execute, Execute, Execute

Well let me stop for now.  I will doodle some more tomorrow.  Love and Blessings y’all !!!
